ANWAR KASHIF MUMTAZ - PARTNER

Anwar Kashif Mumtaz is a Tax and Corporate Lawyer advising multinational and blue-chip corporations on Tax and Corporate matters. He is a Certified International Trainer on Leadership and Personal Development. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator & Master Trainer and has conducted number of Mediation, Training & Accreditation Courses. He is a founding Member of Pakistan Mediators Association (PMA) currently serving as its President. He is an Executive Committee Member of Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan (PILAP).

ALI AKBAR ABDULLAH - PARTNER

Ali Akbar Abdullah is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan having hands on experience in financial management, accounting, corporate affairs, taxation, due diligence, flotation and merger & acquisition stretched over the period 22 years.

He was mainly associated with Non-Banking Financial Institutions and Modaraba in Pakistan and overseas in various management cadre including Group Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Head of Finance & Head of Internal Audit.

ALI ASGHAR MAZAHIR - CONSULTANT

Ali Asghar Mazahir is a Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) Member and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Affiliate and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has more than 7 years of experience in assurance and advisory practice, accounting and financial reporting, risk management and internal audits.

AMMAR ATHER SAEED - CONSULTANT

Ammar Athar Saeed has done Bachelors of Law from LUMS and Masters in Law from Cornell University Law School, NY, USA. He has more than 9 years of experience in Taxation. He is a Corporate and Tax Lawyer, advising various multi national companies on taxation and corporate matters. He has also served as Member Executive Committee Karachi Tax Bar Association, Member American Bar Association, Member Pakistan Bar Council, Member Sindh High Court Bar Association and Member Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan.

He also works as a legal advisor on various projects as a free lancer for various Pakistani and American clients.

WASIF IQBAL - CONSULTANT

Wasif Iqbal has done Masters in Accounting & Finance. He has an experience of more than 18 years in the area of book keeping, preparation and finalization of accounts, corporate, personal and sales tax.
